"Any time I read about prejudice a song from the musical South Pacific comes to mind: Carefully Taught. I am certain you have heard it, but it is worth listening to again. And speaking of "read some books on political thought and social issues..." I happened to stop flipping channels long enough one night to listen to James Bovard (Terrorism and Tyranny) being interviewed by Brian Lamb on CSPAN's Booknotes program, Brian Lamb does a great job of interviewing authors of serious non-fiction books. Anyway, I ordered the book, which arrived this week, and at least to start with I find it to be a very powerful commentary on US terrorism policy.

BTW, while I will never be a fan of blogs in general I really do enjoy reading your Blog on a regular basis. Keep on blogging."
